In this 3-month program, you and I will meet once a week either on zoom or in person for goal-focused coaching. The session is generally one hour. Together we will unlock not only what you want but the deep reasons why it matters to you, giving you all the leverage you need to follow through on your goals. The program will complement your current lifestyle, making it achievable and motivating.
Why three months? There is scientific evidence that it takes at least 60 days to form a new habit. With 90 days, we can lock into that behavior change for your future. And I’ll teach you the tools you need to sustain these changes beyond the program.
